Metropolis, IL is a small town located on the Ohio River at the southern tip of Illinois. The town became the Hometown of Superman in 1972.Curious visitors stop by year round to see the 15 foot Superman statue, The Super Museum, The Metropolis Planet and other unique sites.
Every year in for a weekend in June, Superman fans flock to Metropolis to honor "Superman."
For the past several years, gospel music has been included as part of the annual festivities.The Kingsmen have long been fan favorites at the Superman Celebration.
The Kingsmen would like to thank the Metropolis Chamber Of Commerce and Pris Abell for inviting us to take part in this special occasion.
